Hypebeast this, hypebeast that. A lot of people don’t even know what the fuck a hypebeast is and substitutes that term for “bops”. “Hypebeast” was originally just a label used for people who are into streetwear and urban fashion created by artists such as Shepard Fairey who’s the genius behind the designs of Obey. A hypbeast is just a label used, exactly like how people describe others who collect a lot of shoes “sneakerheads”. Some of you guys need to stop misusing the term as a way to describe wannabes who dress like a clown from head to toe with Obey/Stussy/The Hundreds and etc, they’re just idiots who wear those brands just cause it’s “cool” and doing so they just give a bad name for talented artists and designers. There’s a difference between the two, so I suggest you go do your homework before you go throw around that term.
